Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Big Jonny Detailing LLC (“we,” “us”) and to your use of bigjonnydetailing.com. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to book a service, submit a form, provide a phone number, or agree to receive text messages from Big Jonny Detailing LLC. By booking a service, submitting a form on this site, or opting in to text messages, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is your own and is accurate.

We do not knowingly collect information from, market to, or send text messages to anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it and remove the number from all messaging. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] or 330-304-2587 and we will remove it promptly.

Services are provided only within the United States, to residents of South Carolina and the surrounding service area listed on our website.

2. Services

We provide mobile auto detailing at a location you specify within our service area. Packages and prices are listed on our website. Prices are confirmed by text before work begins. If a vehicle is unusually large, or in condition that requires significantly more time, we will tell you the adjusted price before starting — never after.

3. Scheduling and access

You are responsible for providing safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough room to work around it. If we cannot access the vehicle at the scheduled time, the appointment may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

4. Cancellations

Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be charged a fee to cover the time reserved for you.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If the finish isn’t right when we leave, contact us within 48 hours and we will come back and correct it at no charge. This guarantee covers our workmanship. It does not cover new dirt, damage, or wear occurring after we leave.

7. Vehicle condition and limitations

Detailing cannot repair pre-existing damage. Aged clear coat, cracked or brittle trim, worn or torn upholstery, stains that have set, odors bonded into materials, and existing scratches or dents may not fully respond to cleaning. We will point out anything we notice before starting. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, or for personal items left in the vehicle — please remove valuables before your appointment.

8. Insurance and liability

We carry insurance for our work. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Text messaging

Big Jonny Detailing LLC operates a customer-care and appointment messaging program. If you provide your mobile number and give consent, you may receive text messages about quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival notices, and service follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help, or call 330-304-2587. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to text messages; we do not send messages to anyone under 18. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
