Is the price on the card the price I pay?
Yes. Regular is $130, Car Deep Clean is $200, Truck Deep Clean is $250. Send a quote request with your vehicle type and we confirm the exact price before anything is booked.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as Jonny can get to the vehicle and there's room to work around it, he can detail while you're at work or running errands.
Do you need my water or power?
No. Water, power, and the full kit ride along. A driveway, an office lot, or an apartment parking space all work.
How long does it take?
A Regular is about two hours. Car and Truck Deep Cleans run four to five. Timing is confirmed with your quote.
What happens if it rains?
Jonny watches the forecast and texts you the day before if the weather won't hold. You get first pick of the next open slot, at no charge. Light rain usually isn't a problem.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due when the job is finished, not when you book. Nothing is charged to hold your slot. Jonny confirms the accepted payment methods by text when he confirms your appointment.
My car is really bad — pet hair, kid mess, spilled coffee. Is that extra?
No surprises at the door. Send a photo when you book and Jonny tells you beforehand whether the Deep Clean covers it. If it needs more than the package includes, you hear the number first and you decide.
Do you do ceramic coating or paint correction?
No. Big Jonny Detailing does not currently offer ceramic coating, paint correction, or clay bar service. The packages above — wash, interior deep clean, and sealant — are what we do.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before your appointment. Same-day cancellations may be charged a fee to cover the time set aside for you.
